2 Beef Patties with a melt in the middle peppercorn sauce, wrapped in streaky bacon
Minimum weight 145g per wrap

Ingredients: Beef, streaky bacon, burger seasoning (rusk, (WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), salt, raising agent (E503)), onion powder, salt, WHEAT starch, pea protein, black pepper, ginger, white pepper), sugar, dried onion, dextrose, preservatives (E221), Yeast extract, sunflower oil, antioxidants (E301). 

Sliceable peppercorn sauce: water, sunflower oil, gelatine, fat powder (BUTTER oil, glucose’s syrup, MILK protein) modified maze starch, MILK protein, salt, WHEAT flour, broth (concentrated beef broth, maltodextrin, salt, glucose yeast extract, sugar), spices (0.5% pepper, 0.3% pink pepper berries) whisky, tomato puree, natural flavouring (contains MILK & CELERY) stabilisers: xanthan gum, thickeners ,guar gum, acidity regulator: glutinous-delta-lactose, acid: lactic acids and citric acid, onion, preservatives, potassium sorbate, colour: plain caramel and carotene antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Sea salt and Lampong pepper glaze: vegetable oils (rapeseed oils (rapeseed, sunflower, linseed), seal salt, pepper, natural flavourings, spice extracts.
